Dear
Tim
As we all know
when there is good news to pass along we seem to delay sharing the good
news. This is what I hope to relate to your firm and your employees
who worked on the The McGowan Campus Center at the Mt. St. Mary's College.
At the dedication
I received a direct quote from Robert Breslin, of Breslin Ridyard Fadero
Architects. He stated to me "This is some of the best workmanship
we have seen in years. Not just by one trade, but by all the trades
involved. Everybody paid attention to the details on the drawings and
carried them out in an excellent manor."
When a General
Contractor receives this type of compliment it is really something to
be proud of. Therefore, I would like to pass this along to you and your
employees who were involved in the project. We may have had some differences
of opinions in the way things should have been completed, however the
end result is what we should proud of and I believe we all are.
Please extend my
gratitude to all your employees who worked on this project. Hopefully,
in the near future, we will be able to do this again.
Sincerely,
Cameron L. Rembold
From Howard
Shockey & Sons
Dear
Tim,
Congratulations
on Hagerstown Lumber Company's decision to expand your business and
market area. We understand that your new name MARYLAND MILLWORK, INC.,
is intended to demonstrate that you provide product and installation
to a larger geographic area than your previous name implied. In fact,
your company has worked with Howard Shockey & Sons on projects in
Virginia and West Virginia.
This is an appropriate
time to thank you for the custom millwork and carpentry services that
you have provided over the years. You have helped Shockey build and
complete many quality projects on time. Our association with your firm
has been and remains important to us.
We wish you success
with your transition and we look forward to the opportunity to work
with you in this growing market.
Sincerely,
John Grannis
Project Manager
